Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across the UAE for an additional AED 10 handling fee.
- Please keep exact change ready for our delivery partners.
Shipping Address
We deliver to home and office addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
Delays, Damages, or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rimalmart121@gmail.com We’ll resolve it with the courier ASAP.
Customs & Import Duties
All orders shipped within the UAE are duty-free. If you’re shipping from our UAE warehouse to another GCC country, duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
